I’m Lauren O’Brien – a Digital Consultant at LJ Digital and Data Consultancy. I have over 10 years’ experience in digital, IT, and project management roles and a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering successful change programmes for businesses.

My many skills include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prince2 certification and I have vast experience in implementing many types of technologies (IT infrastructure and digital), including Microsoft 365 system implementations, CRM, and web.

In my previous roles, I worked extensively with the membership and charity sector. Prior to this I worked in the finance and insurance sectors – including as a Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Project Manager for Vitality Health. My extensive experience gives me a great understanding of not only what is needed to ensure that projects are on track, but the knowledge of how they can deliver against organisational objectives and enhance customer value. Having worked in the sector, I understand the challenges that membership organisations face when implementing new systems, platforms, and processes. But more importantly, I know how to make the changes and process as painless as possible for all concerned. 

I have a passion for working with organisations to help them make the most of their digital and data capabilities. My love of business analysis and Business Process Mapping will ensure that the process re-engineering, and the mapping of processes to systems, will be a success and will realise operational efficiencies and consistencies for our clients.
